Our organisation has chapters whose leaders have access to the database for their chapter (organisation role=admin). They are not systemadmins. However, they need access to information about payments (members who has paid their subscription) and information about newly registered/activated members and newly deactivated members. How can they find this information for their chapters only?

Currently, we have 3 type of users with different access levels to the system:
1) Regular members - usual members who can login to the Frontend;
2) Super Admins - they have an access to all system chapters and settings, the same way as you have when login to the Choo;
3) Admins - this type of users can login to the Backend, and they will see all chapters but will not get access to any of the Settings ('Instillinger' that are placed in the right top corner).

How'd you say, can the usual Admin creation solve your problem? To create it, you will need to go through the following steps:
- Open a member card of a person who needs to get an Admin access;
- Find there 'Brukerrettigheter' block with 'Brukerrettigheter' select box;
- Set the 'Systembruker' option in the select box, and save changes.

After that, this user will be able to login to the Backend. If this option is not suitable for you, I'll advise you to contact Olga () or me () directly via email, as this will be a subject of the new system CR (change request), and we'll be happy to help you with this new feature and its estimation.
