Hi,
I have started to let Lokallagsleder have permission to Gynkreft, Blodkreft and Lungekreft.
I notice that they have SKRIVE rights. But they report that they cannot change members address, e-mail, or phone nb on the member cards for members in their Lokallag.
Is this correct?

Hello Røksne,

A member with the SKRIVE rights should be able to change members address, e-mail, phone number on the member cards for members in their Lokallag. It is system logic. We would like to have some more details in order to help you with this. Please provide us with more details about what exactly organization and member ID to whom you are assigning SKRIVE rights and who can not edit members in his/her Lokallag.

Best Regards,

Artem Meleshko

Hello,

We have checked the member Astrid Oddnes from the Gynkreftforeningen and see that she is a local leader with SKRIVE rights in Telemark. We have performed functionality testing related to this member and confirm that she could manage and edit members in her local team as usual.

That is why we would like to ask for some additional information (e.g. what steps she makes, screenshots) from Astrid Oddnes - when this member try to edit details of members ih her local team. This will allow us to see what causes the problem.

Best Regards,

Artem Meleshko
